Stuart Waterworth is Co-Owner of Art of Maintenance and an accomplished Project Director with more than 30 years of experience across the property services, construction, and engineering sectors. Combining a background in Civil Engineering with over 16 years specialising in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) project delivery, Stuart has built a reputation for leading complex commercial projects with precision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
At the heart of Stuart’s work is a simple belief: exceptional projects are built on strong leadership, technical expertise, trusted relationships, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Every project he leads is driven by the ambition to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions that create lasting value for clients.
Throughout his career, Stuart has successfully managed major commercial developments spanning office, retail, mixed-use, and corporate environments. His expertise covers complex M&E installations, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, public health services, building management systems, CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, critical infrastructure upgrades, and technically challenging refurbishment programmes, often within fully operational buildings where careful planning and collaboration are essential.
As Project Director, Stuart provides strategic oversight from project inception through to completion, ensuring every scheme is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. His ability to combine practical engineering knowledge with commercial awareness enables him to navigate increasingly complex building services while maintaining a clear focus on client objectives and long-term performance.
