Meet Grace — The Storyteller Turning Survival Into Purpose and Voice Into Impact

Grace Trippitt is a writer, HR professional, and personal trainer whose work sits at the intersection of lived experience, wellbeing, and storytelling. Alongside her role in Human Resources, she is actively building her writing career, pitching ideas to national publications, while also using fitness as a platform to help people feel seen, supported, and less alone.

At the heart of Grace’s journey is a belief that words and movement can both be tools for healing. Through writing, training, and wellbeing-focused work, she is exploring how personal experience can be transformed into connection, understanding, and impact.

Her path has been shaped by experiences that changed her life from a young age. At 11, Grace was directly affected by the Manchester Arena bombing, an event that left a lasting psychological impact and deeply influenced her mental health journey. In the years that followed, she faced further challenges, including treatment for anorexia and ongoing recovery from PTSD. These experiences, while painful, became the foundation of her resilience and her drive to help others.

Rather than turning away from those chapters of her life, Grace has chosen to build from them.

Writing became her first form of expression. Starting at 15, she developed her voice through consistent storytelling, eventually writing for her local newspaper and earning recognition for her work. What began as a creative outlet has now evolved into a serious ambition, with paid writing opportunities marking the beginning of a new professional chapter.

Alongside her writing, Grace became a personal trainer at 19, combining physical wellbeing with emotional understanding. Her approach is not about perfection or performance, but about helping people reconnect with themselves and feel less isolated in their struggles.

Now, Grace is working toward something bigger: a platform that brings together writing, wellbeing, and honest conversation. A space where people can speak openly about mental health, identity, and recovery without fear of judgement.

Her mission is rooted in a simple but powerful idea: That lived experience, when shared with honesty, can help others feel less alone and sometimes even help them heal.

Inspired by the resilience she has developed through her own journey, Grace is determined to use her voice to challenge silence around trauma, mental health, and recovery, particularly for young people navigating similar paths.

At her core, she is reflective, determined, and deeply empathetic, someone who has faced life-altering experiences early on and chosen to transform them into purpose, creativity, and connection.

Through Legacy Bench, Grace is seeking clarity, visibility, and support as she continues building a platform rooted in truth, storytelling, and the belief that no one should have to navigate their struggles in silence.

Three Words To Describe Grace:

Resilient. Reflective. Purpose-led.
