Over the years, he steadily expanded his expertise, progressing from maintenance and home renovations to large-scale residential developments, complex architectural builds, and major commercial projects. Along the way, his work has featured in House Beautiful magazine and included technically demanding projects incorporating smart home technology, bespoke craftsmanship, and innovative construction techniques.

But despite working on increasingly ambitious developments, Rick believes the industry’s biggest challenge isn’t technical.

It’s structural.
