Trevor Ward is a Solicitor Partner and Head of Birth Injury Litigation at Fletchers Group in Manchester. With almost four decades of experience in clinical negligence law, Trevor has dedicated his career to supporting families affected by birth injuries, combining legal expertise with compassion to help clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
At the heart of Trevor’s work is a simple but powerful mission: for the moments that matter; for every birth, for every baby, for every family. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1986, Trevor has built an exceptional reputation within the field of clinical negligence. Alongside leading complex birth injury cases, he serves as Chief Assessor to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Panel, is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a panel member of Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA), and a member of the Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors (FOCIS). These roles reflect both his technical expertise and his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards across the legal profession.
Throughout his career, Trevor has remained focused on helping families secure the answers, accountability, and support they need following life-changing medical events.
