Aliya Rajah is an Executive Presence and Public Speaking Coach, entrepreneur, and communication specialist dedicated to helping professionals become more confident, influential, and authentic leaders. Through her consultancy, AR Consulting, she works with individuals and organisations to develop the communication skills, executive presence, and self-belief that unlock career progression and lasting impact.
At the heart of Aliya’s work is a belief that talent alone is rarely enough. Confidence, visibility, and the ability to communicate with clarity are often the qualities that determine whether opportunities are seized or missed.
Her mission is to help close what she calls the “visibility gap” by equipping professionals with the skills that are rarely taught but increasingly essential for leadership.
Aliya’s journey has been shaped by stepping outside her comfort zone.
After moving to the UAE, she found herself building a business from scratch in a country where she knew very few people. Like many entrepreneurs, she experienced moments of self-doubt and uncertainty, questioning whether she belonged in the spaces she aspired to occupy.
Rather than allowing those doubts to hold her back, she chose to develop the very skills she now teaches others.
By learning to network with confidence, speak on stages, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities instead of waiting for them, Aliya transformed both her mindset and her business. What began as a one-person coaching practice has grown into a consultancy that supports leaders and organisations across both the UK and the UAE.
Today, she helps professionals overcome imposter syndrome, communicate with greater impact, and step confidently into leadership opportunities they may once have thought were beyond their reach.
