Today, as Technical Director and Co-owner of Art of Maintenance, he leads a business providing planned and reactive maintenance alongside complex restoration projects, helping clients protect, maintain, and improve their buildings.

But while technology, regulations, and building standards continue to advance, Stuart believes one challenge stands above the rest.
